theres plenty of cases..but
only a few weeks ago a british woman was locked away for 3 months or sum shit for joking she had a bomb in her baggage

Im not saying it doesn't happen, just in many cases involving mexican citizens, we can not go after them. Even the police are told not to go after them, even if spoted near the border or on our side. Californias' legislation put this measure into action some time in 95 I I believe. It's to protect the rights and privacy of those legal residents in Californa, but at the same time there is a huge flaw as it protects the criminal element as well. That was my direction in that prevous post.
