Naw there notslow, really its diffrent for alot of children depending on there learning skills and how well much time is spent trying to teach them. but each baby has there own pace shit ive got a nephew that JUST turnd three, this kid knows his abcs can count to 100 plus can count 1-20 in spanish and german, LoL kid is smart.

Still crawling at 8 months isnt bad, my nephew was at that level at that age.
