Most...

But I ain't most.

I wasn't there like Bounce, but I, we, everyone with common sense knew what was coming.

Glued to the fucking TV...

I had the day off, so it was uninteruppted drama.

When the news announced that those cops had been found NOT guilty...

Man...

There was so much silence.

Cuz you knew it was the clam before the storm.

Peeps in disbelief.

Then anger.

Then rage.

Granted, we didn't have riots in Houston.

But there were more than plenty of pissed off brothers...

I don't agree with the actions and everything that ensued.

But I can't help be glad because it changed our country.

I don't think at anytime before that...

Did the President of the fucking United States step in and say...

"No...that verdict is wrong, they need to be punished"

That was dope.

That was his way of saying, "We're sorry" to the black community.

Maybe they didn't get locked up for long, I can't remember.

But they were locked up over the shit...

At least 2 of em.

Very cool message...

Despite the fact that lots of motherfuckers with authority have forgotten it.

Peace
