Didn't make any since to me. Your rhymes were to basic, you had now concept of flow, and you pretty much lacked on your ability.

Now, you must been in another world when ya came with that push(punch).
I mean, you were comin at him but then seemed to have backed down. "I dont have tha guts", guts is one of your best weapons in a battle. Ya just lost me with that one. 
Overall:
Talkin Gabberish; To basic, simple, and lackable. 5.1/10
lk63; A lil' harder, swung a few good punches, had a better ability with flow, and more of a direct aim. 7.1/10
Note:
This battle wasn't really all that great. Both competetors were lacking and didn't swing hard enough punches to knock neither one of em' out. Very hard battle to judge, but a great start for better.
