now the Lutinent needs to be someone I like.....period, and someone that's repected......and someone that's active......I really would rather the Lutinent pick the Colonel, and the Colonel pick the Sargent, because they will be workin together........so they need to be kool......so if I give an assignment......then the can get it done...........
