I GOT SOME NEW INFO!!!!

The song starts "Hit it" and then "na nanana nananana na ..." and then in some parts of the song the guy says "chin chin chin chang" .... and then in some other part he says "excuse me mr.officer" .... the guy sounds jamaican ... but im not sure!
