yo like was stated above this was a hott battle
big ups to both, but this is how i c it

fatal came with it, raw and innovative, i have not heard from u b4 but look 4word to some more hott shyt. great structure simple but complex at the same time. and the punches was hittin, and good transitions. nothin really bad 4 me to say other than maybe add couple more devices such as multies, but overall it was dope.

intellegent you came off phat too, and had a koo structure, and aight punches
im not knockin yo flows at all, but it came down to which verse i fealt had the advantage. yo shyt was good but just lacked consistancy throughout, i think you lost it in the middle, try diff. rhyme schemes and better transtions.
