Sorry, even if you are personally offended by it, his user title is perfectly legit. There is nothing wrong about being proud of your race, creed, religion, etc.... It's like you going around saying "America rocks". Sure you might get beat up if you wore a shirt saying that in Iraq, but there is nothing wrong with wearing it.
