You can say "Napoleon Complex" both ways in part of speech I used it in.
The "Complex" part speaks of a condition in the brain, and imbalance of chemicals that makes you feel inferior because you're small,.. it's a COMPLEXITY with your brain,.. Complex or Complexity, it goes both ways.

And second, OMNIPOTENT, than basically means someone like a God, with the powers of God, a diety,.. and God is all knowing therefore he knows everything, past, present, future.
