Ok, I've seen better from both of you guys, but it's hard to be on the same level every time, so let's work wit what we got.

Flow Intelligent:

Flow: Decent, went off in a couple of places, but overall, not TOO bad
Punches:OK, the thoughts/loss was was pretty good
Vocab: Above The average here I'd say
Personals: Coulda Came wit a harder one than the D12 one, they were decent at best.
Multis: Very Good
Opener: Kinda stretched second line of the bar. Decent though
Closer: Pretty good man.

Fav Bar:

Flow:Very Solid, Steady throughout
Punches: Solid, Liked the Sleep/Sheep one

Personals: Pretty good.
Multis: Pretty good, but he got you in this category
Opener: Pretty good
Closer: Alright

Overall, It coulda been better on both ends, but it was still a very close battle, But Ima give it to GKillaz, his punches and flow were betterm as well as his personals and those are the 3 most important categories in my book, so Ima give it to GKillaz.
