Flow - Tie. Both had some lines that were a little too long and didn't quite fit in.
Punches - insane16 gets this category. I thought the line about potatoes was funny.
Multis - None to really comment on
Metas, etc - Not many but Insane takes it

All in all a close battle but insane wins with stronger punches.
