Jay-Doggs verse was way to simplistic for my tastes. Look at a line like this:
"another pice of american trash steppin up to the mic/
youd be better goin on a hike/"

Going on a hike? Come on, thats just too weak.

MarvelouJ's verse was much much better. It actually had real punches and real metas... you can tell he has much more experience than Jay-Dogg. Sorry if this isn't much of an explanation but it's so obviouse to me that MarvelousJ won I dn't know how else to say it.
