Why do u feel the need to start a crew ? Nobody will want to join apart from
newbies with no skillz.

You would get merked everyday I think you should drop this idea of running a
crew... Now coz it's not going to get you anywhere.

You need to elevate, join a crew become a vet then start you'r own crew.
