you don't get it...it's like their family

Most of them don't have fathers, and they grow up around all the violence and gang activity, they're born into it and raised that way, they become accustomed to the lifestyle at a young age. Babylon described it well, they really don't have a choice. They live on a block infested by a certain set. They're born there and brought up right into it. A lot of them have no guidance, it's just a vicious cycle.
