I chose the name, because I'm tryin' to spit hip-hop at it's purest, not that industry shit, So I figured Raw Material is what you have before it get's processed. And I'm Da MC of Da WOOD, which is also a raw material. And Raw Material is what I spit, so I figured it would be a good name.
