thas pure ignorance....if u ever heard a pac song you wudnt be callin it gangsta rap....and there is no best rapper of all time....each had their own style and for each fo us the best its different...personally pac is mine...his songs cud control ur emotions, and that shows that takes more den talent to do IMO
