since i aint up on the individual cities these rappers spawned from, right now new york, only because the culture there is based on rap.. so there so many emcees, that go thru the same things, which obviously make a well-rounded emcee.. but in my eyes theres alota wack ones in my opinion, but a good handful of good ones
