i think it would be cool if there was an option like "Challange Emcee".. it would be like the messanging system on this site, but it would be like this:

Hoops (<-- my username at the bottom of the site showing people that i am on)

*clicks on name* *takes you to my public page on the site*
options:
Challange Emcee
Send email
Send Private Message

the Challange emcee options takes you to a page that tells you to fill out a form type page. The form fields would be this or something like it:
Rules: (state the rules)
Money wager?:if so how much
Post minimum for voters:*put in amount*
(more options could be thought of, but for right now, ima be brief)
and as soon as the person sends battle challange to me, i would recieve a popup, saying all the info on the battle. There would be two buttons "accept this challenge", or "decline challange" and it would reveal a space for you to type why if declined... and if accepted, the forum would automaticly post the battle with the rules and everything..
give feedback on if this is realistic.. or just to drop a comment..
