Both of you had a nice structure, but then the differences came in. Flow went easily to Malefic, verb seemed kinda choppy. Personals- Malefic, though there weren't that many. Punches go to Malefic, Verb didn't have any. (Ha, rhymes) Part of his verse didn't even make sense. You gotta hit a littler harder, verbal, to get a win.
