Both put out nice topicals props to both and i felt both had quite a good structure and good usage or wordplay and imagery, i felt that Re$tricted came harder though, his was much more deep and also i liked the way it flowed, Hoops was good but i didnt like 1 paragraph because of the colour he chose. Re$tricted used a nice display of multies as well using double rhymes in his verse that actually made me want to read. Because of this he gets my vote.
