I saw it coming about a week before deadline,
Thats when I read the papers top, on the headline,
Some new disease reignin, nothing to blame and,
It just sweeped the whole nation, And now Im here painin.
It took 6 days to pass all the stages,
I couldnt accept, I guess I was fighting the phases.
But 24 in it, Im sinking, trapped in position,
My mind wandering blank, thinkin back to beginning,
My family never knew they were struck with the sickness.
Exposed before I was, they fell quick to the symptoms.
And now Im alone, at home with conviction.
With no one but my shadow, and their ghosts to listen.
22 hours before my time winds up, and I die.
So fuck life, I run my wrist with the knife while I cry.
