Crooked I is the best rapper of all time on the west.. not lyricist, Pac was the best Lyricist.. Lyricist, coming from lyrics to a song, Crooked can't make songs..
and Rass Kass is more lyrical than him, but Crooked rhymes better than anyone out now.. he's the best rapper on the West, and rhymes even better than Eminem almost.
