Every body seems to know how to do it.. i hate being left out, I did copy it, but paste it where? i copied the link and pasted it in a vacant room, but it didn't workk

how do i see the picture, i'm not used to lookin at pics this way, but i really wanna see it..

I copied the link, i outlined n copied it.. then pasted in some room, but no pic came.. someone help me out.. what did she mean by copy n paste then?
