truth is the diff between wht/blck skin is pigments in blck skin that are closer ta the surface n whte peep's are not,over years dna changes ta adapt ta climate/conditions there for leaving some more suseptable ta uv rays...n other stuff...a skin doc told me that once......it sounds reasonable...dosent it....
