If you wanna talk about murders per capita, my city has the highest murder rate, and crime is normal.. Oakland, Cali is ghetto as fuck, yet it is only about 5-7 miles across..
The movie "the mac" was based in the town, and "New Jack City" was about this dude named Felix Mitchell who used to deal back in the day.. My city is wilder, plus it's in Cali, home of the Revoulution, of Riots, of gangs, Crack hit the Bay before anywhere to flood out the Black Panthers, which started in West Oakland.. It only got worst, we had the highest muder rate in 94 and 96, and after that, East Palo Alto Cali had it, then maybe little Roc, Than New Oreleans.. But If I rip this "Oakland Gone Wild" DVD, ya'll would see what i'm talkin about..
