State Capitol/ Decree Wun took this shit cuz.. His first bar was clever to much and his punchlines just hit way harder to me.. his stucture was also better.. both of ya'll had good rhymes and disses, no real personals, so based off of better punches and better stucture, i vote for Decree Wun
