^^^ the title of this thread is best rapper alive since best rapper retired, Lil wayne said that line and he said refering to jay-z a.k.a hova as the best rapper that retired so it can't be hova becuz he retired so this thread is meant as who takes his place, just dropping knowledge on those that think they have hip hop knowledge.

Oh and I think that Nas got it right now, and I think Nas had it before he retired but thats a whole nother topic
