Pretty weak by both but i say Dragon had it.Phatinum ou came out in tha opener hard as shit but you got fucked up afterwards. Dragon nice punches flow was pretty good an structure was way better than phats. Wordplay was bout even. Phatinum keep elevatin playa cuz you almost had dis shit. He had tha better opener. V/Dragon/Nohate
