Honostly if i was Strobe i would Mod the following...

LoT...Doesnt leave his monitor for more then 5 mins a day
Me...Im active and i Love everyone and im fair (on 5/7) =)
Mask...He so desprate and seems to be gettin active agian
L.I...Active but is kinda lazy idk he would be iffy :O
