^^ouch......this is a touchy subject 4 me so im not even gonna comment but i do think ya'll are bringin up some pretty insightful questions n theories....
this is sorta like my culture being a white "metis"pronounced(may-teace)..
indians n whites havent been the best of freinds either..n im both so i feel both sides like been on the outside lookin at this conversation....
metis..are white /indian background....4 the last 25 years weve been looked down upon as neither indian or white...not nessarily a racist issue but more of a non acceptance issue....it usedta be really hard 4 any1 that was proud of this background ta make anything of themselves..but things are changing.
