Manip won this with better punches. I liked the one line "Only time you see chrome is on a passin' car". Both had good structure and style though, yet intensify's verse sounded like he was battling a man. Well, he was sorta...Man-ipulation, haha. Anyway, this was a close one, but keep doin' ya thing.
