man that shit sucks, sorry bro, but also dont hit a wall, trust me i know from expierence, i have 3 knuckles on my left hand that are fucked up bad, they dont hurt by them shits is huge, like 3 middle finger knuckles lol, shit wont go down, cuz i didnt let it heal, i hit shit all the time when i get pist, best way to handle my anger, cuz if you hit somethin n it hurts than you like fuck that hurt n u stop or keep doin it, lol, or kick the steps to your house or something hard concrete or wood, barefoot, than your foot will hurt so bad you wont be mad, youll be thinkin of what to do to get the pain to go away , or smoke a blunt-
