State Capitol- yo punches were decent..they landed..tha structure & flow was good..and u had a nice vocab..(eazy 2 read)..

raw material- yo punches were good to..not hard enuff tho..an ok structure..and a nice flow too..

Overall- State Capitol (Decree Wun) gets my vote cause..he had harder punches than raw..a better structure..and a nice flow to it..
