Vocab - Drastic measurez
Punchlines - tie, even though Ice Picks were better on average, drastic had more that were coo, and evened it out.
Personals - none really, work on that..
wordplay - tie, icepick had it until the end, drastic measurez caught up with some nice rhymes..
Flow, Tie again, i saw nothin wrong with eithers flow..
structure - ice pick got this, drastic had a whole bunch of stretched lines..

Ice Pick, i hope that you don't say that this is D/R like you said SONIc'S WAS IN RBAWARDZ, coz this is honest, you lost then and lost now. except now it was barley to me, i see how how one can vote for U in this one.. nice wordplay from both, good structure from ice pick, nice punches too, but drastic had more content, every line was another diss, and personally that's how i like it, it shows more effort..
