i'm going to say pac isnt overrated , the man was a genius, and a poet, i like him not only for his music but the honesty and emotion in his rhymes which i might add we dont really see these days, thats why pac will always be the one of a kind


and jay-z is the hottest rapper in the game, you know why because all of his stuff is ill , and he is just one of those one in a billion types, there is no one out there like him out there, he worked for where he is at , thats why he is top of the game
