The system automatically limits the uppings to 1 up per 3 hours after 5 posts. How were the votes bullshit? The remaining 5 votes for sinner look to be decently explained

I took a look at the code and the post times. The upping limit was increased to 6 posts and then it's 1 up per 3 hours. Here are his post times:

He is within the limits and the code is working.
