bro i think you should practise for aout 30 minutes a day. just grab a dictionary and just write line by line, it doesnt have to be awesome just use it to increase your vocabulary and then if you do this for a while then the words will start to flow to your head when you need them. just write some shit and learn it and keep practicing and writing.
