^^^ word homie i feel what youre sayin. flow is essentially the foundation of hip hop. freestyling evolved from hip hop...its all part of the same genre and if you dont have flow in freestyles then you shouldnt be a part of hip hop. no one ever recognizes what it takes to combine flow and punches at the same time....which is what makes most of the mother fuckers on here whack dick.
