Why Siks Vote Was DQ'ED For Not Enuff Feedback But Effects Vote Stands For Even Less Feedback AND I HAVE EFFECT BLACK LISTED

Unexplained vote removed.... explain? Simple. We have the option to DQ one battle or DQ by username... we had DQ'ed probably half of Sik's votes last night.
