aight to get rid of the bacground use the lass tool and delete for distant parts
then use the backround eraser and zoom in to make the cuttin good. Speelin? u get a bunch of fonts from the net, and glow? u go to letters layer blenidng oprions and check off drop shoddow check of outer glow, go to outer glow and set opacity to a 100 and check the way u want it to shine (color) and choose the size and spread
