Voted For: Street poet

Well all in all this was a very close battle on one hand you got Valor with his personals and on the other you have Poet with punches and more of them (cause his was 16 lines as to Valors 10) The first read through these I found Poets really tough to get through.


Poet when "you" "do" "this" I think it breaks up the flow, there is no use in over emphasising words when they don't need to be. The bolding words tecnique works and so does "this" but try and use it just when it's appropriate, cause when ya break up the flow it's tougher to get through and can have an effect on the delivery of your punches. As well I see that you are doing this // at the end of your bars, I don't really have a problem with that or the space between bars but have you tried it straight up with no spaces and without the //? Cause I think you might get a good response. Your punches are on target and your creativity with them shows you have lots of potential. Your mulit's are better than most, and I think when you develop them you could be merking alot of people on this site.

Valor, as I mentioned to you earlier you would have taken this battle if you even had 1 or 2 more bars, your personals where better than his but he surpassed you with content and punches. Normally personals and punches win battles, over flow, over mettas over multi's but in this case his punches were on target and he had a few more of them. Don't get me wrong this is a very close battle I would expect the voting to go right down to the wire 4-4 before a winner is ecided and I hope it does cause this battle is almost to close to call. You guys should battle again, and no offence Poet but if he had dropped a few more bars this would be one sided so bring ya A game!!!
