Damn...dope battle boys, props to ya both, can only have one winner tho so lets break it down a little shall we...

Opener - net, Exs wasnt really a punch, nets opened nicely
Closer - Ex, Nets was self-glorifying and weak
Punches - net, Exs were alright, just not his best work that ive seen
Personals - Neither used any
Metas - net, ex didnt used any
Multies - Tie, both were equal in this area (1 or 2 each)
Structure - Tie, both were organized and lines were even (coulda been longer guys - UNLIMITED!)
Vocab - Ex, this was very close but Ex was more consistant with his vocab
Wordplay - Ex, he used dope wordplay throughout his verse
Comedy - net, I made this category just for the adams apple line, hahaha, fuckin hilarious, plus i didnt really fine Exs verse that funny

As you can see above ^^^, this was a very close/entertaining battle to read, but overall I feel Net had harder and more consistant punches, although Ex had a fuckin dope verse, I was just feelin nets hard ass punches and flow. No hate boys, I just critique them as I see'em ya know. Someones gotta win, no beef, payce.
