What I purpose.

In regards with no shows- we can extend the check in day to a week, this give ample time to check-in, or you can organize amongst your crew a set a single day to do the battle. If the battles are previously aranged then no one should no-show.

In regards with time- The Council can have all battles dropped within four days if that is the deadline you are putting out then that is not a problem we will get them all dropped under that time.

If you want....assemble a roster for the numbers and then we can discuss the matchups so they are fair.

If activty is a problem right now...no worries.....we can always do this in a couple of weeks as you allowed The Council our first crew battle.
