becuase he has no experience and hasnt been a mod yet...yes hes active
but and probably one of the most respected on RV. I want to be mod because
i have experience with it, i was mod on RB im respected and fair with decicions
that i make, same goes with smokajoka666, i've been around since 01 and know
everything there is to know about RB-RV and think i would do a great job and hopefully
most of you agree, ive been mod when cprogress was admin.

thats what i think...i say no for s-mod but yes for mod on nos.
