Nah i got £210 in my account

It's alright..... But i was thinking WTF???

I wont be charged cos if i am.. I'll get extremely mad because i told paypal.. to withdrawn £10 from my account AND MY ACCOUNT SAID IT WAS WITHDRAWN but it did not go into my paypal account can i sue them?
I needed that money fast it was deduced from my account but nothing came up on paypal......!
