Flow: 9/10, ur verse was very good, it flowed perfectly good, like, in most songs made by rv members, u could see if they forcin in multi's n u wern't...which made it flow good..

punches:7/10 Your punchse were alright man, I know you can do alot better, but this just wasn't ur best with punches.
