This isn't a crew that needs the best of the best to be in it.. just like how i made Low Ryders Inc. a while back, the whole point of PoTeNtIaL is to elevate the ppl that need help in elevating, for example, more then 50 percent of the ppl that were in the crew are in ill crews now.. You just have to have potential, and alteast to know how to rhyme (lol)
