dude if u grow up on hip hop and r&b whose fault is that? dont use that as an excuse to back up bet. first off, bet is racist but its not offensive. racist means when there is a seperation of peoples. bet clearly is. However, racist does not pertain to it being a bad thing. b.e.t. is racist but it doesn't offend people because bet is created for blacks by blacks.

however, if we were to twist this around and say b.e.t. isn't racist even though they show only black stuff, then why is friends considered racist? why is it that whenever something white comes out and there's no black people in it, everyone's quick to jump on the bandwagon to call them out on it. That's not fair.

Clearly CMT doesn't count because they arent racist...they are a country music channel and there just dont happen to be any black people doing county. Obviously you can't blame CMT for that.

BET is racist and that is something people can blame them for because obviously it's not geared towards just black people and yet that's they only thing they show (with the exeption of eminem stuff.) people in this thread have already said that everyone watches BET...so how come they only show black stuff?

that is why BET is black and even though i dont really care if it is or isn't and i'm clearly not offended by any of it, it's true and i just laid out why it is
