If in my attempt to full fill my quest
I swagger, sway, stumble and forever rest
Don’t dial 999, jus let me die
Go clubbing after my funeral, don’t you dare cry
I might have not chosen this time or place
Don’t shed a tear for being here is a disgrace
To me happiness is positioned out of sight
Knowing I can’t save my people I bawl through the night
Flashbacks of battle fields, genocide, my people dying
They want to kill me, not hear me, because I know the governments lying
I am not asking much from this democracy
Just let my people go, take away the barrier of hypocrisy
Consider the youth, who stare out there shelters with childish fantasies
Someone think what you are showing us please
Take me as a martyr just promise justice to my people, for the years after
Do not hide behind your masks, fancy clothing and laughter
Now I’m standing awaiting to catch my last bus
Stay strong without me, do not let them cuss
Answer me, What has become of man?
They stare because of the skin I’m in, while they hide behind a fake tan
Heart pounding, bleeding red like we all do,
Stare at me and answer what is the difference between me and you?
You do not have 2 cage me or put me in an institution
Just don’t call me people dumb for Tony Blair the one in need of tuition
