Dear loyal customers,



Having now eradicated all the Non-Paying Bidders, I am now forced to bring my loyal eager customers some bitter news.

It is with great regret that I inform you that I got an e-mail from my supplier yesterday afternoon informing me about the release of GTA: San Andreas. The publishers of GTA: San Andreas have taken advantage of the huge hype that has been generated around GTA: San Andreas and as such have drastically increased the price. This has taken everyone within the industry by surprised as this was totally unanticipated.



Because of this, I have been left with a huge short fall. However, I wish to fulfil as much of my commitment to you all as I have promised due to the amount of investment I have put into this game. I AM NOT AND WILL NOT ASK FOR ANYMORE MONEY FROM ANY OF YOU. I will still be purchasing copies of the game for you and you will get them at the price that you paid for them.

Unfortunately, the bad news does not end there my supplier has also informed me that they will not have the games until Friday morning. I am however paying extra to have the games delivered to me on Saturday morning so that you can have them by Monday rather than dispatching them on Monday. I am aware that I said that I could almost guarantee getting the games at least the day before. This is what I was told by my supplier, I have been lied to about the delivery date and the price so I share your anger. I honestly wish that the situation were different.



So far it remains unclear whether this problem will be widespread, due to the fact that my supplier will not receive the games until Friday tells me that very few, if any online sellers will be able to get hold of San Andreas for arrival with them (let alone their customers) on release date. A brief look on eBay reveals that many sellers are claiming they will have games tomorrow, as I have mentioned to a few of you, a number of sellers have been making false claims for weeks. I have contacted a number of my competitors on eBay and spoken to them about the problem and they are just as worried as I am about the situation! They will not be getting their games in time for dispatch before Friday either.



I wish that was the end of it buts its not, a supply deficit of the game means my supplier MAY not have enough games to fulfil the order BUT I begged and grovelled on the phone this morning and I have been ‘bumped up’ the list of customers and I will be one of the first to be called when they come in. IF there are not enough games then I will reconsider the situation in regard to refunds etc.



Once again, I am truly sorry I share your feelings of anger and betrayal. Until I know more I will not be issuing refunds, I am just a student trying to make an honest living; I am not trying to rip you off! If I was do you really think I would have written all these lengthy e-mails keeping you informed? The events over the last few days are going to cost me a lot of money as it is and if I start giving people refunds then it will make my situation much, much worse.



I have tried to be honest the whole way through our transaction and I feel that I have done everything in my power to help keep you informed on a regular basis and reply to ALL e-mails that I received, unlike many sellers. Once again I am sorry but please remember that its not just me who is having this problem, this is a national problem! I will endeavour to get the games to you as soon as I can.



Please do not leave me negative feedback; you will get your games! I have done EVERYTHING possible to get hold of the games IT REALLY ISN’T MY FAULT! I have built up excellent feedback from being honest with my buyers and keeping them informed at all points during transactions.
